With Poopkins, you don’t need to be home during our service—making it super convenient! As long as we have yard access, we’ll handle everything while you go about your day. Come home to a clean, fresh yard every time—no hassle, no interruptions! 🐾

Yes! After we finish scooping, we will remove the waste from your property and dispose of it offsite, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Our goal is to leave your yard clean and hassle-free!

If you have a locked gate, no problem! You can either unlock it before our arrival (we’ll notify you ahead of time) or provide us with a gate code to keep securely in our system. This way, we can access your yard and keep it clean without any hassle for you!

It’s completely okay if your dog is in the yard during our visit! We just ask that you let us know if your dog is protective, nervous, or could pose any concern. This helps us keep both our team (including our fellow teenagers) and your pup safe while we work. Your pet’s well-being and our team’s safety are our top priorities! 🐾
